Group Class

My group classes are designed to give you the benefits of personal training in a supportive group setting. Each session feels personal and can be customized to your body’s needs.

Class Details:

  • Schedule:

    Sundays & Tuesdays,
    at 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. 

    Mondays & Wednesdays
    at 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

  • Duration: Each session is 45 minutes.

  • Program Length: 4 weeks (8 total sessions)

  • Format: Group training with individual assessments to make sure you get the most out of every session.

Class fees:

  • 125kd

  • Build a healthy body and posture.

  • Improve strength and endurance.

  • Address weaknesses and imbalances.

  • Enjoy the energy of a group while still receiving personalized attention.
