My group classes are designed to give you the benefits of personal training in a supportive group setting. Each session feels personal and can be customized to your body’s needs.
Class Details:
Schedule:
Sundays and Tuesdays,
at 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Mondays and Wednesdays
at 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
- Duration: Each session is 45 minutes.
- Program Length: 4 weeks (8 total sessions)
- Format: Group training with individual assessments to make sure you get the most out of every session.
What to Expect:
Build a healthy body and posture.
Improve strength and endurance.
Address weaknesses and imbalances.
