myfithope is my coaching brand where I bring together my expertise as a fitness instructor, nutritionist, and psychologist. My goal is to help you create long-lasting lifestyle changes through fitness, nutrition, mindset, and habit coaching.

My programs are for women who want to improve their health, build sustainable habits, and transform both body and mind. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, higher energy, or lifestyle balance, I design the plan to fit your needs.

Not at all! While some plans can be gym-based, I also create home-friendly workouts using free weights or bodyweight exercises depending on what equipment you have and what you enjoy.

Yes — I design a personalized nutrition plan based on your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I don’t believe in strict or restrictive diets. Instead, I focus on realistic, flexible meals that keep you on track while still enjoying food.
Makeover subscribers recieve direct 1:1 support from me through calls & messages. I also do weekly evaluations and progress check-ins to keep you accountable and motivated.
If you join Makeover you start by booking an initial consultation. From there, if we decide to continue together, the program payments are split into manageable installments to make it easier for you to commit.
Because every program is fully customized and requires my time, energy, and expertise, payments are non-refundable. That’s why I make sure you feel confident and understand the process before you commit.

Yes! My coaching is done completely online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. I adapt workouts, nutrition, and support to fit your lifestyle and location.

Results vary depending on your commitment and consistency, but most of my clients start noticing changes in their energy, strength, body composition, and mindset within the first couple of weeks. My focus is not on quick fixes but on helping you build habits that last.
Unlike most fitness plans, I don’t just give you workouts and meal plans and send you off. I combine fitness, nutrition, psychology, and lifestyle coaching to give you a complete transformation. My approach ensures you don’t just see results — you also build the mindset and routines to maintain them long term.
